Avui és un d'aquells matins de diumenge que m'he llevat amb ganes de cuinar! L'altre dia comentàvem a casa els meus pares les sensacions que poden arribar a recordar certs aliments o olors. El que he fet avui és un homenatge al meu pare. Un dels seus sabors d'infantesa és el de la llet condensada amb una presa de xocolata. Tenia des de fa dies al rebost una rajola de xocolata Amatller guardada per a ell. Aquesta iniciativa va començar ara fa 5 anys per felicitar el Nadal d'una manera original que refexi la meva personalitat i aquest any el motiu de la galeta ha estat un arbre de Nadal.  &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt; &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt; &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;El més curiós de tot aquesta experiència és la reacció de la gent quan els hi entregues la galeta. Hi ha qui decideix tastar-la sense llegir la frase, hi ha qui la conserva durant anys, hi ha qui la posa a l'arbre o pessebre durant totes les festes i hi ha qui inicia debats a partir de la frase. L'únic requisit és posar-hi voluntat i tenir una bona recepta a ma. Ara que comença el temps de recolliment a casa, de tardes tranquil·les amb passejades per carrers coberts de llits de fulles de colors, l'inici del fred...hem de començar a emmagatzemar "reserves" pels durs mesos d'hivern que ens esperen!! El primer pas és iniciar la temporada amb uns panellets, unes castanyes, boniatos i vi dolç! &lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;L'origen dels panellets no és molt clar. Hi ha qui diu que van sortir com a "pica pica" durant les misses en memòria del dia de Tots Sants i hi ha qui diu que és el resultat final d'aprofitar totes les restes de després de l'estiu, quan ja s'ha omplert el rebost amb les conserves. Segur que hi ha qui l'espera pels petards, per l'inici de l'estiu, per les fogueres o per la festa a la platja, però per a mi, és el gran dia de LES COQUES!!! Si pogués transmetre la satisfacció que em fa viure el fet de buscar els ingredients, fer la massa, llevar-la, coure-la...Bé, segur que amb aquestes imatges us animareu a provar-ho vosaltres mateixos!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;p align="left"&gt;&lt;img id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5079259620184913474" style="DISPLAY: block; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; CURSOR: hand; TEXT-ALIGN: center" alt="" src="http://bp0.blogger.com/_QezMXGKb4bc/Rn0ntqcbdkI/AAAAAAAAAAc/B7ACJM34Ncc/s320/DSCN3206.JPG" border="0" /&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;La &lt;strong&gt;coca de pinyons i fruita confitada&lt;/strong&gt;...un clàssic! Important tenir en compte varis punts en l'elaboració: escórrer molt bé la fruita abans de posar-la a la massa i donar un tracte especial als pinyons per varis motius: no trencar l'estètica de la coca, no donar un gust amargant i optimitzar-los com a ingredient, ja que tenen un preu considerable. Per treure'n el màxim profit us recomano dues cosetes: 1 - Pinyons de bona qualitat / 2- Poseu-los en remull amb aigua tèbia mentre prepareu la massa. A l'hidratar-los evitareu que perdin un excés d'aigua durant la cocció i quedin negres. &lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;img id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5079262811345614418" style="DISPLAY: block; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; CURSOR: hand; TEXT-ALIGN: center" alt="" src="http://bp3.blogger.com/_QezMXGKb4bc/Rn0qnacbdlI/AAAAAAAAAAk/asJf09Hw2gg/s320/DSCN3207.JPG" border="0" /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p align="justify"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Coca de Llardons&lt;/strong&gt;. La versió més "pesada" de les coques. És una coca contundent (porta llard, llardons, pinyons...) però és un cop a l'any! En aquest cas us recomano utilitzar llard de porc ibèric (costa una mica de trobar, però cal intentar fer l'esforç pq es nota la diferència.)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;Aquí teniu l'última: &lt;strong&gt;coca de crema i pinyons&lt;/strong&gt;. Al final, la impaciència per trobar tots els ingredients, pq la massa llevi i pq la coca surti del forn té un final genial: fer gaudir a les persones que t'envolten!&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;Totes aquestes coques les he elaborat durant el dia d'avui i entenc que si algú tenia intenció de fer-les ja tenia la recepta.
